Anthony McKay, Chief Executive Officer Anthony co-founded Telephonetics plc in 1993 with Bill Burgar. He has nearly 20 years experience in the telecoms industry, having previously worked for Northern Telecoms (now Nortel), Octel (now Avaya), British Telecom and Symbionics. Anthony is a graduate of Durham University, where he read Computing and Electronics. |

Bill Burgar, Managing Director Bill co-founded Telephonetics plc in 1993 with Anthony McKay. Prior to this, Bill worked at Nortel, Octel (now Avaya), and Martis Oy (now Tellabs). He is a graduate of Reading University, where he read Cybernetics and Computer Science. |

James Ormondroyd, Finance Director James joined Telephonetics plc in April 2005 as the Finance Director. He was previously the Finance Director and Company Secretary at World Television Group Plc, the AIM quoted business, and before this was Finance Director of Virtue Broadcasting. James qualified as an accountant at Coopers & Lybrand and then spent eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of Manchester University, where he read Physics. |

Mark Holmes, Director of Sales Mark has 12 years selling experience within the telecommunications industry, in both direct and indirect selling roles. He has worked for Voice Integrated Products for the last 5 years. Previous positions include corporate account manager for Bistech PLC and Nynex. Before this he served for 8 years in the Armed Forces. |

Ben Kennedy, Operations Director Ben joined Telephonetics in October 2001 to build a Professional and Customer Services Department that was capable of deploying and supporting the new Speech Recognition applications being developed for an emerging market. He was previously the Operations Manager at Convergent Systems, which was part of the Convergent Communications Group plc. He is a graduate of the University of Nottingham, where he read Industrial Economics, and is also a Full Member of the Association for Project Management. |

Craig Scott, Director of Engineering Craig joined Telephonetics in 1997. During this time he has been involved in every aspect of the product development process. Originally employed to design their next generation platform, he is now responsible for building and managing the teams of developers that create the latest products and technologies. Before joining Telephonetics, Craig was a Senior Software Engineer at Network Designers Limited, a UK based software engineering company specialising in mainframe connectivity software. Prior to that, Craig worked for Serco Operations developing software for the Ministry of Defence. Craig is a graduate of the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne where he studied Mechanical Engineering. |

Mike Matthews, Director of Product Management Mike joined Telephonetics VIP in 2007. He has over 25 years of design, marketing and management experience in the communications industry, having previously worked for Aculab, 3COM, Mitel and Plessey/GPT (Now Siemens) and the Ministry of Defence. Mike is a graduate of the Open University with study focused on Innovation and ICT having previously read Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University. |
