The Varney initiative was set up to target some significant challenges for local government, including: efficient use of resource, efficient distribution of budget and efficient communication techniques. In the two years since the report was published, Telephonetics VIP has been working closely with an ever expanding list of over 50 councils to improve processes and reduce costs. Telephonetics VIP will be hosting a workship at the Second National Varney Conference.
